Melia Kesh has successfully achieved consent on appeal for an extended play area and the removal of a condition restricting the drive to parking use only at Happy Hours  Day Nursery.

 

 

Melia Kesh is advising Smith Kinneir on the residential and commercial development potential of their land holdings, including the renewal of a commercial permission and development of up to 20 houses.

 

Director Madeleine Palmer is a volunteer for Planning Aid and is giving time to assist with the Infrastructure Planning Commission application for a new nuclear energy facility at Hinckley Point.  Her  role may include assisting with community engagement events and ensuring the public and all participants are given appropriate advice and information.
